Responsibilities
- ● Prepare customer centric dashboard from customer account transaction channels
- ● Customer Relationship Management CRM and external data source
- ● Develop analytics framework for prospect customer target identification wallet share analysis propensity modeling and overall campaign management
- ● Risk Management
- ● Identify fraud case or associated pattern in data to assure sales quality and prioritization
- ● Data Enhancement
- ● Support data related projects eg data enrichment for both internal external data source data quality governance big data exploration
Requirements
- ● University degree in Computer Science Finance Statistics Mathematics or any other quantitative related discipline
- ● Experience in PowerBI, SSIS. SSAS, Data Modelling, SQL, Paginated Reports
- ● Possess strong skills in data analytical tools such as SAS R and Python
- ● Understand the concept of SQL and NOSQL data base
- ● Knowledge and experience in big data machine learning or predictive algorithms natural language processing statistics modelling and data mining
- ● Good experience with new technologies and data visualization tools such as QlikView or Tableau will be a strong plus
- ● Experience in commercial bank is a plus
- ● Interested in staying up to date on the latest analytics and big data technologies
- ● Possess good business sense of their application in the commercial banking business
- ● Attention to details with good communication and presentation skills
