Responsibilities
- ● Act as a lead for SAP implementation & Support for clients' project
- ● Identify client's needs and lead team on project delivery
- ● Drive projects and manage stakeholders' expectations
- ● Be responsible for risk management, capacity management and other operational duties
- ● Ensure progress and provide high levels of customer service in efficient and cost-effective manner
- ● Build partnership with internal and external parties including all business units and vendors to offer recommendation on the strategic level
- ● Minimum Bachelors Degree hold in any discipline
- ● Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in SAP
- ● SAP Logistics experience is good to have
- ● Proven track record of service delivery in business and IT initiatives
- ● Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, integration and support
- ● Good team player and self-motivated
- ● Strong communication and presentation skills
