Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead for SAP implementation & Support for clients’ project
- Identify client’s needs and lead team on project delivery
- Drive projects and manage stakeholders' expectations
- Be responsible for risk management, capacity management and other operational duties
- Ensure progress and provide high levels of customer service in efficient and cost-effective manner
- Build partnership with internal and external parties including all business units and vendors to offer recommendation on the strategic level
Profile:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree hold in any discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in SAP
- SAP Logistics experience is good to have
- Proven track record of service delivery in business and IT initiatives
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, integration and support
- Experience in leading regional projects
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Strong communication and presentation skills
