Responsibilities

• ● Lead JAGGAER implementation projects from initiation and planning through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live and hyper care.
• ● Develop and maintain the project plan, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies and delivery schedule.
• ● Establish project governance, meeting cadence, reporting standards and decision-making processes.
• ● Manage project scope in accordance with the signed Scope of Work and identify requirements that may require a formal change request.
• ● Maintain project risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies through appropriate project trackers.
• ● Monitor project progress, budget, resource utilisation and milestone achievement.
• ● Prepare and present project status reports to customer stakeholders and JAGGAER leadership.
• ● Coordinate activities across customer teams, JAGGAER consultants, technical resources, partners and third-party vendors.
• ● Escalate critical risks and issues promptly and lead the development of recovery or remediation plans.
• ● Conduct project health checks, quality reviews, go-live readiness assessments and project closure activities.
• ● Lead customer discovery, solution design and requirements-gathering workshops.
• ● Understand the customer's procurement, supplier management, sourcing, contracting and invoicing processes.
• ● Translate business requirements into practical JAGGAER solution designs.
• ● Advise customers on JAGGAER leading practices, standard functionality and opportunities for process improvement.
• ● Conduct fit-gap assessments and distinguish between standard configuration, process change, integration, customisation and out-of-scope requirements.
• ● Develop solution prototypes and demonstrations to validate requirements and design decisions.
• ● Review and approve functional design documents, configuration workbooks and other implementation deliverables.
• ● Provide guidance across relevant JAGGAER solutions, which may include:
• ● Supplier Management and Supplier Onboarding
• ● Sourcing and Sourcing+
• ● Contracts and Contracts+
• ● eProcurement and Catalogue Management
• ● Invoicing and Accounts Payable automation
• ● Spend Analytics and Reporting
• ● Integration, Single Sign-On and user-management requirements
• ● Ensure that configuration decisions are scalable, supportable and aligned with the agreed solution architecture.
• ● Provide senior-level support for complex functional issues, design decisions and customer escalations.
• ● Define the overall testing approach, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing.
• ● Ensure test scenarios, acceptance criteria, defect-management processes and entry and exit criteria are clearly documented.
• ● Coordinate defect triage and resolution with consultants, technical teams, Product and Support.
• ● Develop cutover, deployment, communication and go-live support plans.
• ● Facilitate go-live readiness reviews covering solution, data, integrations, users, training, support and outstanding risks.
• ● Manage go-live and hyper care activities, ensuring issues are prioritised, investigated and resolved efficiently.
• ● Support the transition of the customer from implementation into Support, Customer Success or Managed Services.
• ● Build trusted relationships with customer project sponsors, project managers, business owners, technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• ● Act as a senior advisor to customers throughout the implementation.
• ● Communicate project status, risks, decisions and required customer actions clearly and transparently.
• ● Facilitate difficult conversations regarding scope, timelines, resource constraints and solution limitations.
• ● Manage customer expectations while maintaining a strong focus on successful business outcomes.
• ● Promote user adoption by supporting stakeholder engagement, training, communication and operational-readiness activities.

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Procurement, Project Management or a related discipline.
• ● Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
• ● Procurement, supply-chain or change-management qualifications are advantageous.
• ● Relevant JAGGAER product certifications or equivalent procurement-platform certifications are highly regarded.
