About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with deep expertise across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, integration, and architecture experience and have a proven track record delivering enterprise marketing automation solutions in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

  • ● Design, develop, and implement solutions across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
  • ● Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud products including SFMC, Datorama, Social Studio, Pardot, Interaction Studio, and Customer 360 Audiences.
  • ● Develop and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation solutions.
  • ● Design integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise applications using web services and related technologies.
  • ● Define systems strategy, gather requirements, create solution designs, develop prototypes, support testing, and assist with training efforts.
  • ● Apply enterprise architecture, security, and integration design principles to scalable marketing solutions.
  • ● Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions and enhancements.
  • ● Required Skills & Qualifications
  • ● Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including:
  • ● Interaction Studio
  • ● Salesforce Social Studio
  • ● Advertising Studio
  • ● Customer 360 Audiences
  • ● Advanced understanding of:
  • ● Marketing automation technologies
  • ● SFMC ecosystem and data models
  • ● Common integrations and third-party technology solutions
  • ● Experience with Salesforce platform technologies including:
  • ● Force.com Platform
  • ● Prior experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer.
  • ● Strong understanding of integration and security design principles.
  • ● Enterprise architecture experience.
  • ● Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • ● Solid hands-on experience with:
  • ● In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and limitations.
  • ● Experience using web services and enterprise data integration technologies.
  • ● Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred, ideally including:
  • ● Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
  • ● Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • ● Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
  • ● Salesforce Marketing Cloud
