Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Build robust custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events and other Salesforce platform capabilities following best practices and coding standards.
  • ● Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • ● Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and middleware platforms where applicable.
  • ● Participate in peer code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • ● Analyze and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and provide support for complex production scenarios.
  • ● Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  • ● Stay updated with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution quality and development practices.

Requirements

Experience

  • ● 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation projects.
  • ● Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
  • ● Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols.
  • ● Experience working in Agile development environments.

Skills

  • ● Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Security & Sharing Model.
  • ● Strong hands-on expertise in Apex.
  • ● Strong hands-on expertise in Triggers.
  • ● Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • ● Strong hands-on expertise in SOQL/SOSL.
  • ● Strong hands-on expertise in Flows.
  • ● Good understanding of Salesforce platform customization and configuration capabilities.
  • ● Familiarity with source control tools such as Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD processes.
