Regional Trade & Network Manager

We are seeking a commercially minded and strategic logistics professional to lead the development, optimization, and performance of a regional transportation network across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional network strategies to improve service performance, operational efficiency, and profitability. Drive initiatives to improve equipment utilization, reduce repositioning costs, and enhance overall network productivity. Support business growth through the development of competitive transportation solutions and efficient network designs. Assess market trends, customer demand, industry developments, and emerging trade opportunities. Partner with commercial teams to support customer solutions, pricing strategies, and business expansion initiatives. Contribute to trade lane profitability and long-term business planning. Support commercial negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure competitive service offerings. Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, service reliability, and supply chain disruptions. Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers and logistics partners. Evaluate supplier capabilities, service performance, and network coverage.
