About the Company

This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day SAP operations, supporting business users, resolving critical issues, managing SAP integrations, and coordinating with SAP consultants and implementation partners. The candidate should also have knowledge and exposure to SAP S/4HANA or other advanced SAP systems and should be able to support the company in future ERP upgrade or implementation initiatives.

Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day SAP Business One operations.
● Support Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales,
● and Management teams.
● Resolve critical SAP and business process issues.
● Support month-end and year-end activities.
● Manage user access, authorizations, approval procedures, and master data.
● Coordinate with SAP consultants and vendors for issue resolution and system
● improvements.
● Monitor and resolve SAP integration and data synchronization issues.
● Production Planning.
● Bill of Materials (BOM).
● Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
● Production Orders.
● Raw Material Consumption.
● Finished Goods Production.
● Inventory Management.
● Product and Production Costing.
● Quality processes.
● Equipment and Maintenance processes.
● Work closely with Finance, Accounts, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales,
● Maintenance, and Management teams to improve and standardize business processes.
● Support SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
● Participate in requirement gathering and GAP analysis.
● Coordinate with implementation partners and consultants.
● Support testing, UAT, user training, and documentation.
● Identify process improvement opportunities.
● Support data migration and validation activities when required.
● Have basic to good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or advanced SAP ERP systems.
● Support management in evaluating future SAP upgrade or migration
● requirements.
● Participate in SAP B1 to SAP S/4HANA or other ERP upgrade projects, if
● undertaken.
● Coordinate with implementation partners during future ERP transformation

● 8-10 years of experience in SAP.
● Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One.
