Requirements
- ● Several years of experience in administration, implementation, and configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organizations.
- ● Several years of experience administering, implementing, and configuring ServiceNow across ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, FSM, and scoped application solutions.
- ● Experience defining ITIL processes, designing integration solutions, configuring at the architecture level, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- ● Experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications.
- ● Previous work experience with industry-leading ITSM tools providers.
