About the Company
Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design, Business) to ensure alignment and delivery Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Manage dependencies, priorities, and resource allocation effectively Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices
Requirements
- ● At least bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management of Information System or similar fields
- ● At least 8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in technology or digital environments
- ● Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end
- ● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ● Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- ● Experience working with Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies
- ● Ability to manage multiple projects or complex workstreams simultaneously
- ● Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- ● Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, system integrations, or architecture concepts)
- ● Strong English proficiency
