Responsibilities
- ● Provide engineering support for production, equipment, process improvement, or new product introduction (NPI).
- ● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to improve product quality, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.
- ● Analyze engineering data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- ● Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, reports, and work instructions.
- ● Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- ● Engineer: Around 2 years of experience in Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, Automation, or other technical roles.
- ● Senior Engineer: Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- ● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- ● Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
