Isuzu Australia Limited is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Strategy & New Business Solutions team and play a key role in delivering our Connected Program. Responsibilities

  • ● Facilitating workshops with business owners and subject matter experts to understand processes, business rules, data requirements, exceptions and priorities.
  • ● Mapping current-state and future-state processes, system interactions and end-to-end data flows.
  • ● Translating business requirements into technical specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and build-ready backlog items.
  • ● Maintaining clear traceability from business objectives through requirements, solution design, delivery, testing and business sign-off.
  • ● Defining integration requirements across third-party telematics and connected-vehicle platforms, myIsuzu, IAL's data platform or lakehouse, D365, Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • ● Documenting APIs, interfaces, data mappings, dependencies, exception flows and customer, vehicle, device and consent-management requirements.
  • ● Working closely with the Solution Architect to understand technical constraints and help stakeholders make informed trade-off decisions.
  • ● Creating and maintaining a well-structured, delivery-ready backlog with clear priorities, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
  • ● Supporting testing, UAT, defect triage, deployment readiness and hypercare.
  • ● Maintaining high-quality, version-controlled program documentation and providing a structured knowledge handover at the end of the engagement.

Requirements

  • ● Technical Business Analyst experience across complex, cross-system digital or technology programs.
  • ● Strong experience with systems integration, APIs, interface requirements and data-flow mapping.
  • ● Strong capability in requirements elicitation, validation and traceability.
  • ● Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery backlogs.
  • ● Experience mapping current-state and future-state processes and identifying gaps, impacts and dependencies.
  • ● Experience supporting test planning, UAT, defect triage, deployment and hypercare.
  • ● Confidence facilitating workshops and working across business, architecture, development, data, integration and vendor teams.
  • ● Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward business language.
  • ● Experience using Miro or similar process-mapping tools and delivery platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Monday.com.
  • ● Connected vehicles, telematics, IoT or vehicle-data integration in automotive.
  • ● D365 or Salesforce.
  • ● Enterprise data platforms or lakehouse environments.
  • ● Customer facing digital platforms.
  • ● Working with sensitive data or complex data governance requirements.
  • ● Multi vendor technology or systems integration environments.
