About the Company

Role: SAP Fieldglass/Ariba resource with strong MM (Materials Management) Location : Calgary AB(Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass & S/4HANA MM Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of SAP Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions supporting service procurement, external workforce management, contractor onboarding, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and sustainment of SAP Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA MM solutions.
  • ● Drive functional design, configuration, and optimization of service procurement and external workforce management processes.
  • ● Support and enhance myTrack (MCI) contractor onboarding and workforce management workflows.
  • ● Lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and business process improvements.
  • ● Oversee integration design and architecture across SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • ● Ensure seamless integration between SAP Fieldglass, SAP S/4HANA, and related enterprise platforms.
  • ● Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, security standards, and governance processes.
  • ● Lead UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and business readiness activities.
  • ● Provide subject matter expertise across SAP Fieldglass modules, including Services Procurement and External Workforce Management.
  • ● Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • ● Engage with business stakeholders and leadership to align solutions with strategic business objectives.
  • ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, contingent workforce, and contractor management processes.
  • ● 7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
  • ● Proven experience delivering SAP Fieldglass implementations and support engagements.
  • ● Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM), including:
  • ● Procurement
  • ● Purchasing
  • ● Inventory Management
  • ● Service Procurement
  • ● Deep knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules, including:
  • ● Services Procurement
  • ● External Workforce Management
  • ● Contingent Workforce Processes
  • ● Worker Onboarding and Offboarding
  • ● Supplier Management
  • ● Experience supporting contractor onboarding and workforce management solutions.
  • ● Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
  • ● Experience designing and supporting integrations between SAP and third-party applications.
  • ● Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and deployment activities.
  • ● Experience with SAP ALM or similar testing and release management tools.
  • ● Strong understanding of SOX controls, audit compliance, and governance requirements.
  • ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ● Ability to work effectively within a multi-vendor environment.

Requirements

  • ● SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Fieldglass Services Procurement and External Workforce Management.
  • ● Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Mining, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • ● Experience supporting large enterprise SAP environments.
  • ● Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams.
  • ● Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • ● Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • ● Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
