About the Company

My client is an expanding Microsoft Partner with an established presence across Australia and a growing footprint across Asia. As the business continues to scale its delivery capability, they are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects while also helping strengthen service delivery across the wider region. This is an opportunity to join a business operating across a rapidly evolving Microsoft ecosystem where ERP, CRM, Data, Copilot and Agentic AI are increasingly becoming part of how organisations transform their operations. The opportunity here is to sit across that bigger picture. Responsibilities

  • ● Lead end-to-end technology projects from initiation through to successful delivery
  • ● Partner directly with customers and senior stakeholders to understand objectives, priorities and commercial drivers
  • ● Connect ERP, CRM, Data & AI and emerging technologies within the wider transformation roadmap
  • ● Drive delivery while balancing customer expectations, commercial considerations and technical realities
  • ● Translate complex technology conversations into clear actions, priorities and delivery outcomes
  • ● Stay ahead of Microsoft product developments, AI capabilities and relevant technology trends
  • ● Challenge assumptions and help customers focus on what will create genuine business value
  • ● Adapt to changing priorities and take ownership when the path forward isn't immediately obvious
  • ● Proven end 2 end technology project delivery experience across ERP, CRM or enterprise applications
  • ● Strong customer facing and stakeholder management capability
  • ● Commercial awareness and confidence discussing business priorities with customers
  • ● Microsoft experience is highly advantageous, although adjacent enterprise technology experience will be considered
  • ● Genuine curiosity about Data & AI, Copilot, Agentic AI and the rapidly evolving Microsoft ecosystem
  • ● The ability to move between different technology conversations without becoming narrowly focused on one platform
  • ● Strong initiative, independence and sound judgement
  • ● A work in progress progress mindset; someone who enjoys learning, adapting and figuring things out
  • ● The ability to bring clarity and momentum when requirements, priorities or situations are unstructured
  • ● This role gives you exposure to the full digital transformation lifecycle, rather than limiting your experience to project administration or a single technology platform.
  • ● You'll build deeper capability across customer engagement, commercial decision-making, stakeholder management, project delivery, service delivery and emerging Microsoft technologies.
  • ● More importantly, you'll develop the ability to operate at the intersection of technology, business and transformation; a skillset that is increasingly valuable as organisations move beyond traditional ERP and CRM programmes.
