  • ● Achieve team sales goals through the use of effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • ● Provide exceptional customer service, including personalized product recommendations and prompt resolution of inquiries or concerns.
  • ● Mentor and support junior team members by sharing product knowledge and successful sales practices.
  • ● Develop strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all store products, new arrivals, and current promotions.
  • ● Identify customer needs and offer tailored shopping guidance to enhance their experience.
  • ● Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better meet customer expectations.
  • ● Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • ● Job Requirements:
  • ● Prior experience in retail brand sales is a plus.
  • ● Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, patience when dealing with customers, and the ability to handle pressure and demanding work environments.
  • ● Possesses an enthusiastic, cheerful demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
