Project Manager

To add to this expertise, we are recruiting for a Project Manager for our Winnipeg office location, to join our collaborative and team focused organization. As our Project Manager, you are responsible for managing all aspects of projects from implementation phase through to completion. Ensure that projects are safety compliant , completed on time and the budget is in accordance with the specifications and scope of work. Provides input on execution phases of a project to ensure that the client requirements are met. Responsible for the overall management of the project including production of purchase orders, subcontracts, equipment, insurance, permits and bonds. Work with the Project Planner, Project Design Engineer, and outside consultants on specified project scheduling and drawing requirements. Initiates conflict resolution with subcontractors, suppliers and employees when necessary. Implements change requests from the client or as required for project completion. Primary project contact liaises with the client from the start of the project to completion. This includes building inspection.
