Lead Global CRM Innovation Salesforce Project Manager Shah Alam, Selangor If you're a project leader with a genuine passion for Salesforce and a talent for turning complex systems into powerful commercial tools, this could be the role for you. Our client is a globally connected technology organisation seeking a CRM specialist to take full ownership of their Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This is a permanent role with real global reach.
Responsibilities
- ● Strategic leadership of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform - managing budgets, timelines, quality, and delivery end to end
- ● Defining and prioritising system enhancements, including the development of Generative AI use cases
- ● Building capability through targeted training programmes for key users and global sales teams
- ● Identifying and implementing process improvements with a lean, scalable approach
- ● Collaborating with global CRM programme leads and cross-functional teams to drive alignment
- ● Providing escalation-level Salesforce support, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ● A degree in IT, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- ● 5+ years' experience in a commercial or technical setting, with strong project management credentials
- ● Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
- ● Sharp analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable decisions
- ● A continuous improvement mindset and hands-on change management experience
- ● Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and MS Office, with strong intercultural awareness
