Rig Operations Manager

The Rig Superintendent is a highly experienced and results-oriented leader within the Operations department, taking overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of assigned rigs. This leadership role encompasses Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), maintenance, operations, personnel management (including subcontractors), and asset protection/management. The successful candidate will foster a culture of excellence that prioritizes safety and collaboration while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, cost-effective project completion. Key Roles & Responsibilities Proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating multiple drilling crews. Extensive, hands-on experience in managing all aspects of wellbore operations. Demonstrated ability to optimize drilling performance, reduce operational costs, and consistently meet project timelines. Strong understanding of HSE regulations and a proven, demonstrable commitment to safety leadership. Solid experience in building and maintaining positive client and internal stakeholder relationships.
