About the Company

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with over 10 years of experience with strong expertise in Salesforce customization, integration, and technical team leadership to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

  • ● Architect and design Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
  • ● Lead Salesforce customization using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, custom objects, and automation.
  • ● Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
  • ● Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, providing technical direction and guidance.
  • ● Define scalable data, security, integration, and application architectures.
  • ● Conduct solution/design reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.
  • ● Drive performance optimization, deployment, and platform modernization.
  • ● Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • ● 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant architecture experience.
  • ● Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce customization and integration.
  • ● Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, APIs, and Salesforce data model.
  • ● Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • ● Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, integration patterns, and performance.
  • ● Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, third-party, and legacy systems.
  • ● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • ● Salesforce Architect certifications preferred; CTA is a plus.
