About the Company

SAP Project Manager Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation projects, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects , including Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
  • ● Develop and document business requirements and translate them into conceptual/technical requirements.
  • ● Manage project planning, project controls, timelines, resources and overall project delivery.
  • ● Coordinate SAP consultants, client teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and requirements.
  • ● Oversee SAP testing, issue resolution and problem-solving throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • ● Drive Data Migration activities and ensure readiness for SAP implementation.
  • ● Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • ● Support business development, pre-sales and proposal activities , including client discussions and solution presentations.
  • ● Apply appropriate SAP implementation methodologies and project management practices.
  • ● Provide strong leadership and coordination across multicultural project teams.

Requirements

  • ● 5-15 years of experience in SAP Project Management / SAP implementation.
  • ● Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations .
  • ● At least 2 full SAP S/4HANA projects .
  • ● Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation , preferably covering both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
  • ● Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Logistics modules .
  • ● Hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration and related implementation activities.
  • ● Strong project management, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • ● Experience managing multicultural teams and coordinating consultants/client teams.
  • ● Good understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project controls.
  • ● Experience in pre-sales, business development and proposal preparation is an advantage.
  • ● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field .
  • ● Good command of English and Malay . Mandarin is a strong advantage.
