About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP B2B Commerce, Customer Experience (CX), commercetools, Mirakl, and Spryk. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience delivering enterprise-level solutions and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • ● Deliver enterprise-scale B2B customer portal, commerce, and digital transformation solutions.
  • ● Own solution architecture across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and support phases.
  • ● Integrate customer portals with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA using APIs, IDocs, OData, SAP Integration Suite (SCPI/BTP), and enterprise integration patterns.
  • ● Define solution architecture, HLDs, integration designs, non-functional requirements, and technology roadmaps.
  • ● Lead architecture discussions, challenge constructively, and drive technology decisions.
  • ● Manage stakeholders and communicate across business and technology teams.
  • ● Work across organisational boundaries and build trusted relationships.
  • ● Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • ● Have at least 10 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale B2B customer portal, commerce, and digital transformation solutions.
  • ● Have proven Solution Architecture ownership across discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and support phases.
  • ● Have strong expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash processes and customer-facing portal solutions.
  • ● Have hands-on experience integrating customer portals with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA using APIs, IDocs, OData, SAP Integration Suite (SCPI/BTP), and enterprise integration patterns.
  • ● Have experience defining solution architecture, HLDs, integration designs, non-functional requirements, and technology roadmaps.
  • ● Have a strong understanding of modern architecture principles including MACH, API-first, headless, microservices, cloud-native, and event-driven architectures.
  • ● Have proven experience working with business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and delivery teams across large transformation programmes.
  • ● Have a strong technical foundation in enterprise application architecture, integration, and cloud delivery practices.
  • ● Have the ability to lead architecture discussions, challenge constructively, and drive technology decisions.
  • ● Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams.
  • ● Have proven ability to work across organisational boundaries and build trusted relationships.
  • ● Have experience with SAP Commerce, SAP CX, commercetools, Mirakl, Spryker, or other composable commerce platform.
  • ● Have SAP Commerce Cloud or SAP CX certifications.
  • ● Have experience with AI-enabled customer solutions.
  • ● Have Oil & Gas or other regulated industry experience.
  • ● Have SAP ECC and S/4HANA domain expertise.
