About the Company

We're looking for an experienced SAP ECP Functional Consultant to join a growing key client of ours and play a key role in delivering HRIS transformations. We're open to all experience levels , from consultants building their SAP Payroll career through to highly experienced specialists.

Responsibilities

  • ● Work across SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll implementations and configuration
  • ● Configure Payroll Rules, Schemas and Australian payroll requirements
  • ● Support solution design workshops and customer discussions
  • ● Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
  • ● Deliver customer support and ensure high-quality outcomes
  • ● Communicate requirements and changes to stakeholders
  • ● Contribute to team development and delivery best practice
  • ● Work across the broader SAP SuccessFactors landscape

Requirements

  • ● SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
  • ● Strong understanding of Australian Payroll requirements, including STP, Superannuation and Terminations
  • ● Experience working on payroll implementations or support
  • ● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ● Solution design and/or workshop facilitation experience
  • ● Relevant tertiary qualification
  • ● Australian working rights
  • ● Current Employment configuration experience
  • ● Time Evaluation configuration experience
  • ● SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
