About the Role
Goodman Fielder is looking for an experienced SAP IBP Senior Consultant to join our ANZ IT team and play a key role in the continued transformation of our planning capability. This is a specialist role where you'll provide functional consulting, solution leadership and continuous improvement across SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You'll work closely with business stakeholders to design and optimise solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimisation and S&OP. You'll have the opportunity to influence how planning technology supports our business strategy, while working across a complex and exciting FMCG environment. This role can be based in Auckland NZ or Sydney AU We're looking for an experienced SAP IBP specialist who can combine deep technical capability with strong business partnering skills.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead SAP IBP Demand and Supply initiatives, from requirements gathering through to solution delivery and ongoing optimisation.
- ● Design and configure IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimisation and S&OP.
- ● Design Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data and Planner Workspaces to support business requirements.
- ● Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
- ● Develop functional specifications, solution documentation, process flows and interface mapping.
- ● Support end-to-end project delivery including SIT, UAT, defect management and rollout.
- ● Support and optimise integration between SAP IBP, CPI-DS, ECC and S/4.
- ● Identify opportunities to improve planning maturity, processes and ways of working across ANZ.
- ● Ensure solutions align with GFIT governance, architecture, change management and internal control standards.
Requirements
- ● 8+ years' SAP experience, including 5+ years' hands-on SAP IBP experience.
- ● Experience across IBP Demand & Supply, S&OP and Inventory Optimisation.
- ● Strong understanding of Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data and Planner Workspaces.
- ● Experience with CPI-DS and ECC/S/4 integration.
- ● At least 2 end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.
- ● Strong functional design, problem-solving and solution delivery capability.
- ● The ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
- ● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence across technical and business teams.
- ● A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach, with a genuine interest in continuous improvement.
- ● SAP certification is desirable.
