Responsibilities
- ● Lead accurate and timely monthly Trial Balance closure (GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory, Accruals & Provisions).
- ● Review journal entries and ensure compliance with TFRS / Thai GAAP and group policies.
- ● Perform balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis.
- ● Support monthly management reporting and financial analysis.
- ● Ensure compliance, documentation, controls and all related matters of VAT, WHT, CIT & BOI etc
- ● Transfer pricing documentation and all TP related matters
- ● Liaise with Thai Revenue Department for audits, assessments, and refunds.
- ● Monitor tax disputes and legal case status.
- ● Monitor & support DBD related matters
- ● Hands-on ownership of SAP S/4HANA FI & CO processes in a manufacturing environment.
- ● Execute Material Ledger (ML) month-end close including actual costing and inventory revaluation.
- ● Review of COGS postings, production order settlement, and variance analysis & cost related matters
- ● Oversee full Fixed Asset lifecycle in SAP S/4HANA including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, BOI tagging, and periodic physical verification.
- ● Act as primary coordinator for statutory, internal, and BOI audits.
- ● Prepare audit schedules and resolve audit queries.
- ● Strengthen internal controls across inventory, assets, tax, and payments.
- ● Act as second-in-command to Finance Controller and support for improvements, analysis, and special projects.
- ● Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and process improvements.
- ● Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, SCM & all other cross functions.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in accounting; MBA (Finance) preferred.
- ● Valid CPD license (Thailand) mandatory.
- ● Last 10-12 years of manufacturing accounting experience.
- ● 3-5 years hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience (FI, CO, ML).
