TopEmployer2026 ThriveAtInfosys We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Scheduler to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide production planning and scheduling solutions. The role requires deep expertise in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning processes, including Master Production Scheduling (MPS), MRP, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and Production Planning. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and technology teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency, production throughput, inventory optimization

Requirements

  • ● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • ● Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • ● Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • ● Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • ● Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus)
  • ● SAP S/4HANA Production Planning Certification.
  • ● SAP IBP or PP/DS Certification.
  • ● Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (DMC).
  • ● Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and Advanced Planning concepts.
  • ● Experience with Advanced ATP (aATP).
  • ● Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • ● Prior experience in Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, Principal Consultant, or Enterprise Architect
  • ● Exposure to global template rollouts and large-scale SAP transformation programs.
