About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HCM Applications Manager to lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of enterprise HCM systems, including Oracle Fusion HCM and Workday . The role will work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure effective HR technology solutions, system performance, compliance, and user adoption.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, and Talent Management.
  • ● Configure business rules, workflows, approval hierarchies, and system processes.
  • ● Translate HR business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • ● Manage integrations between HCM platforms and third-party systems.
  • ● Develop reports, dashboards, and system extensions using tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher .
  • ● Manage data migration and conversion from legacy systems.
  • ● Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
  • ● Lead UAT, regression testing, and security role validation.
  • ● Provide training and support to HR super users.
  • ● Ensure compliance with applicable financial, HR, and local labor regulations.
  • ● Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and process documentation. Requirements
  • ● + years of experience in HCM systems implementation and support.
  • ● Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Workday .
  • ● Knowledge of SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HDL, HCM Extract, VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Power BI .
  • ● Strong understanding of HCM integrations and data migration.
  • ● Oracle or Workday certification is preferred.
