Responsibilities
- ● You will support the process of consolidating, analyzing and interpreting business related data that affect Melexis top and bottom line
- ● You will work with management teams to develop performance reports and metrics for use in long-term, annual, quarterly and monthly planning
- ● You will track and report KPI's and other information for your business area, contribute to the definition of improvement actions derived from the data analysis and monitor of the progresses of derived actions
- ● You will support investment decisions with detailed analysis
- ● You will actively contribute in the consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting
- ● You will complete ad hoc projects and analysis requests
Requirements
- ● You have a university degree in Economics
- ● You have excellent analytical skills
- ● You are fluent in English
- ● Experience in Cost Accounting/Financial Analysis/Controlling is a plus
- ● You have excellent IT skills, proficient with Excel, Powerpoint
- ● Experience with ERP is a plus
- ● You have the ability to work effectively in an international and multi-cultural environment
- ● You have the ability to achieve results through project, process and network driven organizational setups
