Job Title: SAP Success factor Consultant (ECP)

Location : Melbourne , Australia

Employment Type: FTE


Job Description :


• Strong SAP SuccessFactors ECP / SAP HCM / S/4HANA HCM experience

• Australian Payroll legislation & compliance – Fair Work, ATO, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, EA & Awards

• SAP Payroll Schemas, Rules, Wage Types, Absence & Leave, Allowances/Deductions

• STP, PAYG Withholding, Terminations, Redundancy & Salary Packaging

• SAP HCM PA, OM, PY, TM & Benefits Administration

• SuccessFactors Employee Central & SAP CPI / Integration Suite

• SAP FI/CO, Banking & Superannuation interfaces

• Experience leading payroll workshops and translating business requirements into solutions

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and business acumen
