Responsibilities
- ● Management of product sustaining activities includes driving product performance improvement and cost reduction
- ● Support product and product NPI in feasibility, characterization, and qualification
- ● Conduct DOE and optimization for evaluation study
- ● Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and characterization for continual improvement
- ● Drive yield, quality, and productivity improvement program
- ● Update and generate documentation for process-related changes
- ● Perform system and machine basic troubleshooting
- ● Drive process cost saving and simplification projects
- ● Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree or above in electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronics engineering, or other related engineering courses
- ● 4-6 years or above of work experience, including 2-4 years of manufacturing process expertise experience in a high-paced environment
- ● Required skills include NPI, die attach, flip chip, technical program management, assembly process engineering, dispensing, process improvement, and SMT process
