Responsibilities

  • ● Support business unit leaders in evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • ● Conduct detailed analysis of store KPIs, sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • ● Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports for senior management.
  • ● Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units.
  • ● Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or audit.
  • ● Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience in financial modeling.
  • ● Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • ● Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
