About the Company
We are looking for a quality planning process engineer who is responsible to conduct process risk assessments, devise risk mitigative measures in the PCS process definitions and govern the production release of the PCS processes for NPI customization products. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Requirements
- ● 8 years of experience in Mechanical Assembly industry (Process Development / Leak Testing / Cleaning / Cleanroom Assembly).
- ● Pro-active, Organized, good team player and customer-oriented
- ● Strong organization, time management, planning skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- ● Strong interpersonal skills, experienced in leading cross-functional teams
- ● Experience in vacuum valve industry and leak tight equipment manufacturing assembly process will be added advantage.
- ● Certified six sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
- ● Practical LEAN Manufacturing background
