Responsibilities

  • ● nt for both domestic and overseas customers by coordinating with customers, internal teams, and logistics partners.
  • ● Manage customer orders, forecasts, and demand planning data through SAP/ERP systems.
  • ● Coordinate daily, monthly, and annual order schedules, shipment plans, and delivery timelines with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • ● Prepare and maintain sales and shipping documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and related records.
  • ● Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and follow-up actions while ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • ● Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, meetings, and collaboration activities.
  • ● Support logistics coordination, transportation vendor management, and compliance with quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO requirements.
  • ● Your Experience & Qualifications
  • ● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • ● Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Order Management, Supply Chain, or related functions, preferably within the automotive or electronics industry.
  • ● Strong knowledge of forecast analysis, order management, quotation preparation, and customer service processes.
  • ● Proficient in SAP/ERP systems, Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • ● Native Thai speaker with good command of English and strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • ● Strong customer service mindset with demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
