About the Company

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire a Finance Analyst Lead to join their Singapore finance team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional who enjoys going beyond the numbers and partnering closely with business, operations and commercial stakeholders to drive performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead annual budgeting, quarterly planning and rolling forecasting
  • ● Drive FP&A, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
  • ● Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers on financial and commercial matters
  • ● Analyse business performance, key drivers, risks and opportunities
  • ● Support pricing analysis, business cases, RFPs and contract renewals
  • ● Deliver management reporting and translate financial data into meaningful business insights
  • ● Drive process improvement and automation across finance and reporting processes

Requirements

  • ● Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A experience
  • ● Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and finance process automation
  • ● Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities
  • ● Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
