Responsibilities

  • ● Currently partnering with a leading statutory organisation at the forefront of Singapore's digital and tech landscape, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the public sector. Their Digital Transformation Office is a strategic division shaping how emerging technology and data are used to modernise processes and elevate the experience of the organisations and communities they serve.
  • ● They're now looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications & Salesforce Program Lead to own the architecture, implementation, and optimisation of their Salesforce platform end-to-end.
  • ● What you'll do:
  • ● Lead the Salesforce programme across Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud
  • ● Design scalable architecture, integrations, and data models
  • ● Translate business needs into technical solutions alongside senior stakeholders
  • ● Lead and mentor a CRM & Applications team, managing vendors and partners What we're looking for:
  • ● + years in Salesforce administration, architecture & programme leadership
  • ● Strong hands-on experience across Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud & Lightning
  • ● Solid background in integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data architecture
