About the Company
Expression of Interest: Business Analysts (ERP, CRM & Enterprise System Implementations) Hays is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Business Analysts with a strong background in ERP, CRM and enterprise system implementations across government and mining/resources environments. We are partnering with a range of organisations undertaking digital transformation and technology modernisation programs and are looking to connect with Business Analysts who can bridge the gap between business and technology teams, drive stakeholder engagement and deliver clear, actionable requirements that support successful project outcomes. These opportunities will suit professionals who are experienced in complex, enterprise-scale environments and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs, identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- ● Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- ● Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather and validate requirements.
- ● Analyse current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- ● Prepare business process maps, user stories, use cases, functional specifications and other project documentation.
- ● Support solution design activities by collaborating with project teams, vendors and subject matter experts.
- ● Assist with testing, business readiness, change activities and implementation planning.
- ● Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes.
- ● ERP implementations, including SAP, Oracle, TechnologyOne, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pronto, Infor or similar platforms.
- ● CRM implementations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce and other customer management solutions.
- ● Enterprise business systems, finance systems, HRIS platforms, asset management systems, procurement solutions and other large-scale technology implementations.
- ● Requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, business process mapping and documentation within complex project environments.
- ● End-to-end project lifecycles, from discovery and analysis through to testing, deployment and business adoption.
- ● Experience working within government, mining, resources, energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors.
- ● Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
