Responsibilities
- ● Configure and support SAP EWM, WM, and/or QM based on business requirements.
- ● Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders.
- ● Support SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
- ● Perform configuration, SIT/UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- ● Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- ● Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.
- ● Work with technical teams on SAP integrations and enhancements.
- ● Support integration with MM, SD, and PP.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- ● Strong experience in SAP EWM / WM / QM.
- ● Good understanding of warehouse, inventory, and quality processes.
- ● Hands-on SAP implementation, configuration, and support experience.
- ● Experience with integration across SAP MM, SD, and/or PP.
- ● Strong requirement gathering and functional documentation skills.
- ● Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- ● Excellent Thai and English communication skills.
- ● SAP EWM/WM/QM certification is a plus.
