Responsibilities

• ● Lead business and system analysis for Finance and Accounting systems , including:
• ● General Ledger (GL)
• ● Accounts Payable (AP)
• ● Accounts Receivable (AR)
• ● Fixed Assets
• ● Cost Accounting
• ● Budgeting and Forecasting
• ● Financial Reporting
• ● Work closely with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, requirements, and future needs.
• ● Translate finance business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications .
• ● Analyze and improve finance processes to enhance:
• ● Efficiency
• ● Accuracy
• ● Internal controls
• ● Compliance
• ● Automation
• ● Design and document finance system workflows, process flows, data flows, interfaces, and integration points.
• ● Develop and maintain system documentation, including:
• ● Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
• ● Functional Specifications
• ● System Requirements Specifications (SRS)
• ● Process Flow Diagrams
• ● Use Cases
• ● Data Mapping
• ● User Requirements
• ● Analyze integrations between ERP, Finance, Banking, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and other enterprise systems .
• ● Work with developers, solution architects, data teams, and vendors to ensure finance solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business requirements.
• ● Support ERP and finance system implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects.
• ● Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including:
• ● Test scenarios
• ● Test cases
• ● Defect tracking
• ● Issue resolution
• ● Business validation
• ● Ensure financial data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
• ● Support finance reporting, dashboards, and data requirements, including management and statutory reporting.
• ● Identify system gaps, process risks, dependencies, and opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• ● Support Finance teams in implementing internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance within system processes.
• ● Review system designs and development outputs to ensure they meet approved finance requirements and quality standards.
• ● Facilitate workshops with Finance, IT, business users, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
• ● Finance
• ● Accounting
• ● Information Technology
• ● Computer Science
• ● Business Information Systems
• ● Or a related field
• ● 10-12 years of experience as a Finance System Analyst, Business System Analyst, ERP Analyst , or similar role.
• ● Experience working with Finance and Accounting functions in a technology environment.
• ● Experience with ERP implementation, enhancement, integration, or system transformation projects.
• ● Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes .
• ● Strong experience in system and business analysis.
• ● Strong requirements gathering, analysis, prioritization, and management skills.
• ● Experience with ERP/Finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms .
• ● Good understanding of:
• ● GL, AP, AR
• ● Fixed Assets
• ● Cost Accounting
• ● Budgeting and Forecasting
• ● Financial Closing
• ● Financial Reporting
• ● Experience with system integration, APIs, databases, and data flows.
• ● Experience with SQL and data analysis is preferred.
• ● Experience with Power BI or other reporting/BI tools is preferred.
• ● Experience in finance process automation, digital transformation, or ERP modernization is preferred.
• ● Experience working with external vendors and third-party technology providers is preferred.
• ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ● Strong understanding of both Finance business processes and technology .
• ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ● Ability to translate finance requirements into practical technology solutions.
• ● Strong project coordination and collaboration skills.
• ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
