Operations Manager

Our client is an early-stage AI company headquartered in Singapore, backed by top-tier international VC funds and angel investors from leading Silicon Valley technology companies. The founding team hails from world-class universities and frontier AI research organizations, and the business - serving customers primarily in overseas markets - is scaling rapidly across multiple countries following a recent funding round. They are now hiring an Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager to sit at the heart of the company: the Founder's Office. Think of it as the "mini-COO" seat of an early-stage startup - the founders set the direction; you make the company run. Build the company's internal operating system from the ground up: SOPs, approval workflows, project-tracking mechanisms, and operational trackers Drive key cross-functional projects across engineering, product, data, hardware, finance, and HR teams spanning multiple countries and time zones Own contract, procurement, and payment workflows end-to-end - vendor communication, quotations, delivery follow-up, filing Maintain operational data on projects, vendors, and costs; help prepare budgets and track actual spend Implement and continuously improve internal systems (approval, project management, finance), and be the person who makes them actually work
