About the Company

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis and possess strong knowledge of financial statements, financial modeling, and reconciliation processes. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • ● Analyze and interpret financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements.
  • ● Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate the financial health and performance of companies.
  • ● Prepare and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • ● Conduct Bank Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • ● Review financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • ● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
  • ● Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and prepare analytical reports.
  • ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
  • ● MBA in Finance
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • ● 1-3 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis.
  • ● Strong understanding of Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and financial reporting.
  • ● Hands-on experience in Financial Modeling and company financial analysis.
  • ● Experience in Bank Reconciliation.
  • ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • ● Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
