- ● Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- ● Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- ● Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures within ServiceNow ITSM environments.
- ● Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and their implementation using ServiceNow.
- ● Ability to integrate ServiceNow ITSM solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- ● Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex architectural challenges related to ITSM workflows and configurations.
- ● The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- ● This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- ● A 15 years full time education is required.
