About the Company
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in building construction. Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 Engineer License/Approval - Mandatory. Strong experience in G+4 residential/commercial building projects. Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory. Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, finishing works, and site supervision. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, approvals, and inspection procedures. Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
