This role sits within our SAP Payroll configuration and functional consulting division. Due to significant customer demand, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll Consultant with at least 5 years' experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll (ECC, S4 or ECP). This is a role where prior experience of setting up and maintaining SAP Payroll systems is essential, as opposed to running and testing of those systems. Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
  • Design, configure and maintain EC to ECP point-to-point integration.
  • Design, configure, and maintain SAP Payroll schemas, subschemas, rules, and wage types for Australian and NZ requirements
  • Design and implement time evaluation configurations and integrate results into payroll schema processing
  • Build and maintain end-to-end payroll processing structures from scratch, including schema architecture and processing logic
  • Configure pay scale structures, organisational management integration, and off-cycle processing within payroll schemas
  • Leverage schemas, counters, cumulators, and notional wage types to streamline and automate complex payroll processes
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex SAP Payroll issues, including schema- and rule-level analysis
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting for EC to ECP integration
  • Diagnose payroll calculation discrepancies and optimise existing schemas and configurations for efficiency, accuracy, and stability
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
  • Work directly with clients to understand payroll and HR business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into SAP Payroll configuration decisions, including schema and rule design
  • Collaborate with payroll teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners
  • Clearly articulate system behaviour, schema logic, and configuration decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
