About the Company

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to support and maintain SAP environments, with a strong focus on system stability, critical incident management, troubleshooting and operational excellence .

Responsibilities

  • ● Deliver high-quality and stable operations of SAP BASIS systems .
  • ● Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents, outages and complex technical issues .
  • ● Lead and coordinate Incident and Problem Management , including identifying trends and driving resolution.
  • ● Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve outage resolution times .
  • ● Work closely with ECS, Product Support and other technical teams to deliver projects and operational improvements.
  • ● Create and share KBAs, technical documentation and knowledge roll-outs .
  • ● Support strategic initiatives and continuously improve operational processes.
  • ● Own and coordinate operational tasks, escalations and process improvements.
  • ● Work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment .
  • ● Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS , including ABAP, Java and Non-NetWeaver applications .
  • ● Proven experience handling critical incidents, outages and complex troubleshooting under pressure.
  • ● Strong ownership and leadership skills across operational tasks and escalations.
  • ● Ability to quickly learn technologies such as SAP Power Designer and SAP Cloud Connector .
  • ● Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems in a hosting environment.
  • ● Knowledge of cloud/ hyperscaler platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP .
  • ● Strong communication, collaboration and customer-focused approach.
