SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM/EAM) Application Support

Responsibilities

• ● Provide application support for standard SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) processes.
• ● Overhaul and restructure Plant Maintenance master data , including Functional Locations and Equipment.
• ● Manage LSMW/data migration , equipment migration and technical object data.
• ● Create functional specifications for SAP PM enhancements and support configuration activities.
• ● Work with Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Items, PM Catalogs, Classes and Characteristics .
• ● Support SAP PM integration with MM and related Purchase Requisition and release strategy processes.
• ● Conduct UAT, integration and regression testing and support production issues.
• ● Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents and provide timely application support.
• ● Coordinate with global implementation teams for application rollouts and releases.
• ● Support release management, application maintenance, configuration and user roles.
• ● Strong experience supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM/EAM) .
• ● Experience with SAP PM master data, Functional Locations and Equipment .
• ● Experience with SAP and non-SAP system interfaces .
• ● Strong incident management, problem diagnosis and application support experience.
• ● Experience analysing business requirements and preparing functional specifications .
• ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business and technical teams.
• ● Exposure to GIS and Linear Asset Management .
• ● Experience with SAP Projects (PS) and Production Planning (PP).
• ● Team management and customer-facing experience.
• ● Experience maintaining SAP solutions based on business/user requirements.
