  • ● Conduct risk and control assessments for new AI technologies and business initiatives.
  • ● Ensure alignment with privacy, data protection, and regulatory requirements
  • ● Support compliance with standards including ISO 42001, SOC2, and emerging AI regulations.
  • ● Monitor AI security, privacy, and regulatory developments and evolve internal governance practices.
  • ● Partner closely with business units, IT, Legal, innovation teams, and leadership to drive secure AI adoption.
  • ● Develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics for governance forums.
  • ● Support client assurance activities including security assessments, audits, and RFPs.
  • ● Lead responses to regulatory, audit, and third-party reviews.
  • ● Contribute to broader information security, risk, compliance, and assurance initiatives.
  • ● Drive innovation and strategic initiatives from a security and governance lens.

Requirements

  • ● Good practical experience in information security, governance, risk, or compliance.
  • ● Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and associated risks.
  • ● Good practical knowledge of AI security and governance, with strong attention to detail.
  • ● A hands-on specialist, ideally with approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • ● Ability to work closely with Information Security management, contribute ideas, and take ownership of agreed priorities.
  • ● Suitability for a hands-on individual-contributor role, with flexibility, collaboration, comfort with changing priorities, and openness to feedback.
  • ● Familiarity with data protection and privacy principles (e.g., GDPR, APPs).
  • ● Awareness of AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF - highly regarded).
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, or related field (desirable).
