Requirements
- ● At least 5 years' experience leading a Salesforce team, with direct reports
- ● Proven leadership skills, with evidence of training and developing team members
- ● Experience owning the Salesforce platform and being ultimately responsible for the delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business
- ● Technical expertise with hands on experience in configuration and solution design
- ● A keen interest in keeping up to date with Salesforce products and the wider technology ecosystem
