Responsibilities
- ● Work on large-scale, high-impact systems that directly support business operations, financial workflows, and digital transformation initiatives.
- ● Work on shift and provide on-call support on rotation.
Requirements
- ● Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- ● Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the following technical platforms: Cloud Platforms, Container Platforms, Scripting tools, Middleware Technologies
- ● Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes
- ● Understanding of LLMs, AI Architecture patterns
- ● Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms: Jenkins, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT, Monitoring and Data analytics tools
- ● Able to work on shift and with on-call support on rotation
- ● Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills
- ● Customer service oriented and a strong team player
