About the Role

We're looking for an experienced SAP SCM specialist to support a critical go-live phase, focusing on process and system gap remediation, blueprint documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with our outsourced provider

Responsibilities

  • ● Identify and resolve end-to-end process and system gaps, addressing critical upstream and downstream system decisions required prior to go-live
  • ● Draft detailed process blueprints and work closely, who will own final SOP creation
  • ● Handle technical remediation activities, including manual data mappings and resolution of development defects
  • ● Perform system administration tasks such as updating Fiori tiles within Signavio
  • ● Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from design to production
  • ● Support testing and validation activities ahead of go-live, flagging risks early
  • ● Requires strong expertise in SAP SCM with experience in modules Materials Management (MM), MM-IM (Materials Management - Inventory Management), Production Planning (PP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and other Procure to Pay (PTP) or Plan to Produce functionalities.
  • ● Must have Retail industry experience
  • ● Experience working with outsourced service providers on documentation and process handovers
  • ● Strong troubleshooting skills ability to identify, map, and remediate development defects
  • ● Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • ● Prior experience supporting go-live/cutover phases preferred
