Responsibilities
- ● Establish and maintain standard labor hours for manufacturing processes.
- ● Analyze and improve work methods to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- ● Evaluate equipment capacity to ensure full utilization.
- ● Review and optimize line capacity and flexibility by reducing non-value-added activities and utilizing common equipment.
- ● Monitor and review SMT capacity versus production demand.
- ● Drive workload leveling and overall process efficiency.
- ● Design efficient production layouts and material flow.
- ● Plan timelines and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure assembly line setup aligns with the master schedule.
- ● Manage equipment inventory and coordinate transfers in and out to meet operational requirements.
- ● Perform other additional work tasks or roles assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- ● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- ● Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- ● Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
