We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Buildings Civil team in Adelaide. How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next As a Civil Engineer, You'll Support The Delivery Of Civil Engineering Design Across a Range Of Multidisciplinary Projects. You'll Work Closely With Senior Engineers, Designers And Project Teams To Develop Practical, Sustainable And Innovative Solutions While Continuing To Build Your Technical Capabilities And Professional Experience. Here Are The Key Things You'll Do To Bring Ideas To Life Assist in the delivery of civil engineering designs for building and infrastructure projects, including site development, drainage, pavements and access design. Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings and specifications under the guidance of senior team members. Contribute to the coordination of civil design outputs with structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural disciplines. Support project teams in identifying and resolving design challenges. Apply relevant standards, guidelines and engineering principles to produce quality outcomes. Participate in project meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across the business. Contribute to achieving project delivery, quality and safety objectives. Continue to develop technical skills through mentoring, training and on-the-job learning opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in civil engineering, ideally within a consulting environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or equivalent).
  • Exposure to civil design for buildings, land development, precincts or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience using civil engineering software such as Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD or similar will be highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
  • Defence or defence-adjacent project experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of iconic and technically challenging projects.
