About the Company
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations, along with hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, design scalable solutions, and support business processes across sales, leasing, customer service, and property management.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- ● Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- ● Design and implement customer, broker, and partner portals using Experience Cloud.
- ● Develop and manage integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, property management systems, marketing platforms, and third-party applications.
- ● Lead technical teams and provide guidance on Salesforce with the best practices, architecture, and development standards.
- ● Support data migration, deployment, testing, and production releases.
- ● Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
